To ensure a seamless and exceptional service for new guests, please follow these steps:

    You will be contacted within 24 hours. Complimentary consultations are mandatory for first-time guests without existing extensions.

    For questions specific to your needs, we address inquiries only during the in person consultation.

  3. Book in advance.To secure your preferred date and time, make sure your in person consultation is 1 to 2 weeks prior. Hair sourcing may require up to a week, especially if items are on backorder. For this reason, consultations and service appointments must be scheduled separately.”
