Why the consultation is required
Questions specific to your hair are answered in person. Pricing and method recommendations depend on seeing your hair — lighting, filters, and screens hide details that only an in-person match reveals.

Please book at least one week ahead
Book your consultation at least one week before the service date you want. Hair sourcing can take up to a week, longer if an item is on backorder. Consultations and service appointments are booked separately.

Need to come in sooner?
Book any available consultation date first, then contact Denise. Once your information is on file, you can often be moved to an earlier opening.
